I can't speak for anyone else but my experience has been great. I've been here 4 years now. The front office is nice and responsive. When i have an issue maintenence comes out and fixes it. They will call before entering. It would be more attractive if there were updated appliances but I'm not going to complain because the fridge isn't stainless steel. The campus is beautiful. There are lots of trees which I love. Lots of areas to walk. They've extended the Riverwalk path onto the property. The neighbors are either friendly or they stay to themselves. When I order packages I don't worry about them being stolen. It's nice.

After being here for 4 years, I'm just disappointed in the services provided and it is getting worst. Just sad. 😔

I live here and have been here since November 2020. Maintenance is never on time even through emergencies. My front door still hasn’t been fixed. The office is open 8am-5pm mon-Friday but for some reason the phone is barely answered. You can call so many times with no answer then walk over to the building and see the manager sitting at her computer like why couldn’t anyone answer if you’re here? The washer is terrible even lightly dirty clothes still come out dirty you’re better off spending your money at the laundromat instead of on that machine. Parking is terrible and some of the cars there either never leave or car doesn’t work.

Please bring your own tools if considering this place. Garbage disposal went out last Sunday. Called Monday and placed a service order. Told someone would be out by Wednesday. No one came or called. Dropped off rent money and front office said someone would be out by Friday. Well it's Sunday. Exactly one week later and no one has been out or called. Been waiting two months , yes two months for molding to be fixed on siding patio door. I am truly at a loss for words.
