They are always running late. We were waiting 40 minutes to get in. Also, they canceled our appointment without text or call us. They sent out cancelled notice email at same day of my daughters appointment, I think they expect that I check my email all the time.

I received already a statement about a month ago when I asked about my charges Why are you guys sending me another bill right now? This is such a scam I already paid $250 for the visit. You guys just gave me a prescription, this is ridiculous!! I did not receiver any medical care What a rip off! I’ll file a complaint to the better business bureau You can’t send me yet another bill months later Never again with Northwestern medicine. I went in for an antibiotic prescription after a bee sting on my hand got infected. So ridiculous! Am I expecting to receive every few month another bill?!? Please consider twice before going to this place

I had a horrible cough & fever over the holiday weekend, there was a 3 hour wait at the ER! The receptionist could hear my labored breathing on the phone, she squeezed me in.(thk u!) Dr. Bailey and his medical assistant took so much care and time to have me tested for everything!! The emergency antibiotic prescriptions "saved me"...Sorry to say this~*I would've been at our annual Highland Park parade yesterday if I wasnt so sick~ *With that said, I am appreciating life SO much more today, and feeling much better thanks to you Dr.Bailey...(physically anyhow.) God bless you and your staff at Deerfield NWM urgent care.
