This location is an embarrassment! I made a very simple online order for a size 8 Boveda and a glass pipe. Upon arrival at my scheduled pick up time, the staff said there was nothing for me and that the order was not received. I thought I could just tell her what I wanted since it was just two items and I was the only customer inside the store at the time with 4 budtenders behind the counter, but no, I was told I needed to use the self serve kiosk. Ok… that’s fine, but soon after, they ended up finding my original order request on the side and it was not complete. I thought that would be the worst of it, but I ended up standing around for another 20 minutes as the order was processed. They asked my name, email, and date of birth THREE times while trying to process it at the counter. Keep in mind, I had provided all this information prior online and presented my ID, so I’m not sure why I was asked this multiple times over and over again. After receiving my order, I was incredibly annoyed and just wanted to leave. I checked my bag in the car and noticed that they had given me a size 4 boveda but I had paid for a size 8 as reflected on my receipt. I didn’t bother going back inside as my time was already wasted. The staff are nice, but so poorly trained. If you want the cannabis industry to be taken seriously, you need to improve the professionalism and make the transaction more seamless. If they struggled this much processing two non-THC products, I can’t imagine how much worse my experience could be. I have been to other dispensaries and have never had issues.

Great staff to help me through the purchase process but when it comes to the product, I’m incredibly disappointed. 8 month old weed that’s pretty much all brown. No smell and potency is way off. Also the eighth was Aeriz Cake Breath so I guess avoid any Aeriz products there as they’re brown, 8+ months old and won’t even get you relatively high.

Need to cater to your medical patients that have been keeping you growing for years. You expand and now we wait and wait and wait.

This is a great dispensary, I have literally been to every dispensary within 20 miles of my house, this location, while a little further is the best. They don't play games with prices and discounts like others do. They always have descent selection, and they are pretty quick. There is a wait sometimes but makes sense when therr are so many people picking stuff up. I hope they keep the great service up at their new location. I have had some bad experiences at other places, but Curaleaf has always gone above and beyond. I am shocked to see a couple bad reviews, but after reading them seems like the posters are a few cards short of a deck. If you can't figure out what locations your legally able to buy product at before arriving you shouldnt be partaking. I must say I am a little sad I will have to stand in line next to some of these REC users at the new location, at least combining the two locations will allow incompetent people to not have to worry about driving to the wrong location!! Thanks Curaleaf, you da bomb!!
