God bless the staff at Advocate Sherman Immediate Care in Algonquin, IL! I could write a book on how helpful they were to me, and the level of unbridled compassion they exhibited toward me as they determined the cause of my suffering! Dr. Kang, Melissa and their radiologist were attentive, patient with me while I fumbled my way through descriptions of symptoms, and they got right to the problem within about 30 minutes of my arrival! Not only did they accurately identify my issue, but they bent over backwards to offer me an optimal solution to my problem. One thing of especial note is that my issue was highly unusual. That didn’t even slow them down. They were thorough during the diagnostic process. It’s establishments like this that make me wish I could give a 100 star rating! Thank you Advocate! Thank you for your expeditious care! By the way, it’s the morning after and I feel 100% better! 😎 P.S. This was my second visit to this facility. My first visit was equally beneficial!

Finally got my bill for a 30 minute check up for $313. They put me down as no insurance after I have contacted my provider and got confirmation that they accept my insurance. Call the place and they had no number to give me to contact billing. Place is a joke and I see why it has 2.1 stars. STAY AWAY!!!

Brought my dad in because he was not feeling well, front desk people were unbelievable rude to him and spoke to him like he was incompetent all because he had no insurance. Will not be coming back here.

Yes, but don't expect to see a doctor and don't expect them to properly diagnose you. Seriously, go somewhere else.
No and they don't have that information available, at registration. If you absolutely have to go here, which I wouldn't recommend, check with your insurance carrier and be prepared to call them again to check the specific doctor you'll be seeing. They probably won't be able to provide the doctor's full name and you probably won't end up seeing the doctor. You're probably not going to be properly treated either.
Yes, the Urgent care takes meridian, however individual doctors offices might not. However i STRONGLY Recommend finding another facility, this place is HORRIBLE !!! In fact, is say in all honestly THE ONLY worse facility around here is in Carpentersville at "Aunt Martha's" health care, THAT facility is as equally horrific as Sherman 600 S Randall.
