Have lived in Algonquin for the past 16 years, and the Algonquin public library continues to be one of the highlights of this area! The staff are kind and helpful. The building has grown as a library and community resource over the years. And the leader ship has proven to be both effective and inspiring.

Masks are not required. We do supply free disposable masks at the entrance of our building if a visitor wishes to wear one while they browse our collections and/or attend a program.

There is no paperwork, you just sign up on the website and go to the program. You can also get volunteer hours if you need them.
