A family member was in this facility and was complaining of a sore bottom. I asked for them to check to see if there was a bed sore present. They didn’t and he DID have a bed sore. That’s very poor care.

My Aunt is a patient here and she has had more bag things to say than good. She is treated half the time with no respect attitudes from staff is unreal. She has had no one wash her hair the get attitudes when she ask for help. She has several medical issues and to be treated this way is horrible and I'm being nice.

It’s not as common for people to leave good reviews on nursing homes/skilled rehabs but I felt it was important to share my families experience with this facility. My father almost passed away due to negligence from a place in Kettering. I was riddled with anxiety about a new place but choosing Daysprings was the best decision I’ve ever made. I couldn’t encourage you more to pick this place. My father has been with them since the start of November and we’re so happy with everything they’ve done. They are attentive to patient needs and go out of their way to communicate with family. I personally am at the facility almost every single day and so one might say “but because you’re there and they know you’re coming of course HE will be taken care of”. I can tell you that’s NOT the reason he is so well taken care of. I observe others who don’t have anyone close or at all and they still get the same level of amazing care. I see nurses, aides and all other workers stop to check with patients walking around. I see them chat with them and ask how they are. I see kindness and I see employees who truly care. No place will ever be perfect but Daysprings strives to get there. They don’t just see a paycheck. They see people. When it came time to find a new nursing rehab after his last ICU stay I scoured Google reviews on places we considered. Some of them terrified me. I hope that if you’re considering this place you make the same smart decision and actually do it. I hope my review encourages you to say yes as I know you will find peace in your choice and you’ll be able to sleep better knowing they are taken care of.

Do not send loved ones there. My friend is there and they get her check leave her in a room to either sway. She gets brown liquid medicine a nurse comes in gives her 2 cups one of water one of brown medicines told her the clear was the medicine room the actual brown medicine dumped it in the sink said that was the water sooo your saying your water is brown. Maybe you need to call someone if your water is brown.
