3+ hours for a flat repair, asked the guy if he can ask the manager for a favor cause I'm just driving thru with my kids and live 3 hours away. Told him the tires was bought from Americas tire and been a long time customer since 98 that's why I decided to take it here. Called 3 times before heading there to check if there's a wait but they dont pick up there phone. When I checked in I was never told of the wait, they saw me with my kids and told me to wait in my car. I've been to other locations that's way busier than this place and had way better experience. They always pick up the phone worst thing you'll be on hold for a while but they still end up helping you. Not sure if this is a new business practice but I was hoping they'll be more accommodating since I'm traveling with a toddler.

Worst service. I dropped my car off at 8AM for 1 tire replacement and they took till about 6pm to have my car ready. Then I realized they scratched up my rim and they denied messing it up… never coming to Americas tires in Dublin CA again. Worst experience ever and its a shame because Americas Tires is great in Tracy CA

Bought tires from them several months ago. Since then I’ve been back twice for other services. The staff has been helpful and professional. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore I highly recommend this location .

Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on my 370z nismo. able to get the tires i wanted..tires cost were average price. 1350 with install so it was a good deal. Got in and out with in 1 hour, with appointment. They set the wheel weights as i wanted.. sticky weight on front innner and metal clip weight on back of rim. ONLY ISSUSE IS THAT THEY LOST ONE OF MY VALVE STEM CAPS. my caps are sliver from nissan to match the rims.. see below pictures.. now i gotta go buy one from nissan . it stucks out like a sore thumb. they didnt even tell me about it.. Drove from fremont to dublin for them do my tires, even though there is another americas tires in fremont. due to good reviews. OVER ALL I AM HAPPY WITH GOING TO THEM... just wish someone would of said something about missing my valve stem to me..
