Justin from Big O Tires was able to help get my tires fixed. I had a side wall blow out at a McDonald's Drive thru in San Ramon in the terribly skinny drive thru lanes. Justin used the portions remaining of my Road Hazard Claim prorate the balance and got my car back to me quickly.. Justin kept in contact with me to update me during the entire process. My Service was completed in under an hour, maybe 30 minutes. Big O Tires was busy and very accommodating. I'm very pleased with their Service as they even made time to wash and shine all four tires
