They had posted a VW gti for sale that looked great. We were purchasing a used car for our son so we went to look after calling. They said it was available.we called later the same day to make sure it was still there as we had to drive from 2hrs away and they said it was but it was in their shop for a repair we could come look. They said they were waiting on a part and it should be there in a few days. Told us it was a minor fix Went to look, car was super clean and we thought ok we’ll wait and take the car. Placed a deposit. Three weeks later they finally called to say it was ready. We took it for a prepurchase inspection at VW dealer and it checked out with no major issues One wk after purchasing my son had an issue with the lights, one of the tail lights went out. Two days later the check engine light came on. We took it to our local mechanic whom we have used for years. He said the tail lights weren’t plugged in properly and it had shorted out the light. Fixed it but could not get the check engine light off. Week later after much diagnostic, story is that the computer needs replacing and it won’t smog. He has tried calling them to find out what they repaired, with no response they don’t return his calls. We are contacting our attorney. Don’t buy from them. They had cleared the computer for sale and dumped a fixer on us

Bought a car I love here. Was surprised the coolant level was so low! Oh, and my tail light turned out to be fine, but it wasn't plugged in when I bought it.

Let me start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews, however this one is worth taking the time to do. I had been searching for a Mercedes for 5 mo. prior to finally finding what I was looking for at Bay Luxury Autos in Nov, 2020. I didn't have AAA credit, but they made it happen for me. It was time for my 3 mo. oil change, and I took it to a Mercedes dealer who wanted to charge me $1,500. I contacted Bay Luxury and found out they have a shop, and service Mercedes and foreign cars in house!!! They charged me a fraction of what I would have paid!! 6 mo. later, the pistons blew, and I was out of a car. I took it to a Mercedes dealer and they said, things like this have happened to some of their new and pre-owned cars, it was no fault of the dealer, and to get it fixed, they would charge me $15K. I contacted Kyle at Bay Luxury and he said, bring it back and we will make it right, and right they did!!!! They gave me a loaner car, until my car got fixed, and they didn't have to do that! They could have said, sorry the car is used and was sold "as is", pound sand (which most car lots do), but he didn't. Kyle is the owner of Bay Luxury Autos and he stands by his cars and this is a stand up place, which is very hard to find now a days. Bless you all there at Bay Luxury Autos of Dublin.

I worked with Billy - I knew exactly what car I wanted and I also had a similar car through another dealer. Billy was able to get the same apr and terms and also work with me to the the Porsche Carrera 4S at a fair price. I actually had an amazing experience unlike my past experiences at dealerships. I will be checking with Billy next time I am in the market.
