Honestly, this is almost a perfect bowl of ramen to me. Maybe it discredits my love of ramen to have some of my favorites be chains (Ippudo and Ichiran), but there’s something about knowing that the bowl you get is going to be consistent and great no matter where you go. Eating here felt like I was back in Japan. The brother is super garlicky, which I love - the noodles firm but tender. The egg was perfectly cooked and runny on the inside, and the beer was cold. What else could you possibly ask for?

Bad service (rude servers), and food was not right, ingredients and fish were not fresh

They do not accept reservations over the phone. But you will need to make one in person.
Yes
Yes they have a vegetarian section of ramen bowls and other vegetarian options. Not sure about gluten free.
Nope. You have to wait. I tecommend getting to any of the three locations 15 minutes before they open to guarantee an immediate seat. Also, the 5th Avenue location does NOT serve buns (only drinks) while you wait.
Yes, they have it with their ramen
Yes. Dined yesterday!
Yes
Last week it was only takeout available. I don't think they have place for outside dining.
That depends on your expectations, seemed a little pricey but was worth it given how great the food quality was. Just my opinion.
As the other guide has mentioned, they do serve a form of pancake. They do also have fluffy buns if you are interested which is one of their iconic appetizers
Of
Answers that say they do are 10 months old so i guess they used to. But I asked them just now and the hostess said they're dine-in only.
Yes they definitely do, they have 3 vegetarian ramen dishes (wish vegetable broth, not meat or fish) and a bunch of vegetarian appetizers. They can also alter dishes to your preferences.
Yes a small bar but usually packed with people waited to be seated and during their happy hour
