The sales department and the service department seem totally disconnected at this dealership. I bought maintenance packages for my brand-new Tucson (love this car, btw!!) from the sales staff that the service department seems to have no information about--SO frustrating!! Also, the service department is so busy that it's hard to get an appointment. The last service I needed I had to wait a month for and then, when I showed up, the service department had no idea what my appointment was for! When I tried to explain the program (Express 5), they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to return home with the same problems I arrived with and thought I had made an appointment to fix!! It was a wasted trip for me. 5 hours and an email (with photos of my sales contract attached) later, I've heard nothing back from the dealership. Will I receive the services that the sales guy promised? I wonder. The ONE good thing I have to say about this dealership is that--without exception--every person I have met in person (not on the phone!)in the service department has been very kind to me. I hate to say anything bad about any individual in the service department. However, despite their kindness, my experience at this dealership has been nothing but continual frustration. I can't recommend it!!

The best car buying experience I have ever had. The team there is just over the top. My wife and I are still scratching our heads wondering if we dreamed it. Bought a new GV 80, amazing car. The staff was extremely responsive, they brought the car to us in our hometown, about an hour from the dealership. They gave us top dollar for our trade in, we signed the paperwork at our dining room table, took about 15 minutes. Took our trade in away. Still can’t believe how much I like dealing with them.

Had a great experience finding my new car! Got a 2022 Santa Fe and love it. Was assisted immediately and taken care of from beginning to end with all questions answered. All staff very knowledgeable and considerate. I know most have a negative experience with care sales, but this was the complete opposite. Staff was very respectful and patient. The process was seamless and painless. Gabriel was our salesman and was fantastic and very personable. Ask for him when you go!
