Expensive but nice clothes

This was a great store for me and all my needs till today when I tried to return a $200 jacket I got for a 1 time trip up north. I was told I couldn’t return the jacket because it wasn’t in its original state when all the tags were on it and it was in its “original condition” other than me caring it back into the store to return it don’t shop here if you expect a return for something.

I went through on the survey but I also wanted to leave a review publicly: Tori was super awesome and very helpful. In the past some of the workers have been a lil rude, but she was super welcoming and helpful and sweet.
