**** My worst experience **** I hardly post reviews but this got my attention, I was here for almost 3 years from DC and I can say it only gets worse. Little Roaches ( even in the walls, and pest control makes it worst whenever they pass by), stolen delivery packages, trash area cannot accommodate the number of residents. Residents dump dirts in the packing lots etc. The worst part of it is that before planning to relocate, I requested for a six month lease but finally discovered that by the time I was to move they signed me for a 12 months lease and I was forced to pay penalty of 2 months and additional 2 months without even staying there summing up making it a payment of 4 months plus without staying there because I already move to a different state. I drove back to Louisville 4hrs *2 just to hand back the keys. They never wanted to listen to me after requesting to see the manager and explain things, always in a hurry and telling me to come back every single day I checked in the leasing office. I never missed rent payment. By then we just had a two months old baby and needed to move. I just hope it gets better.

They have roaches really bad. They steal packages and don’t do anything even tho there’s no place for your packages to come. They let people steal stuff directly from your mailbox. You have to actually go down there and talk to someone for anything to be done . Even when doing that they don’t care about your privacy or health. Infested with roaches if I could give them a negative 300 I would. Manager claims he’s so busy when he’s really hiding in his office eating cookies and cake. They will pull camera footage if you leave the main door open and fine you 100 dollars but won’t pull the footage for their residents who are stealing.

So glad my boyfriend found this place for me! I have a dog who was abused and neglected and have had a really, really tough time finding a place for us. He’s been in foster care and his surrender date was within a week, called up here and Mirela got me a place for me in days. Very good communication, the community is very nice, and the apartment is super cute! really happy to be living here!
