Don't do it. Lived there for 8+ years and got thrown out because they don't want to fix the A/C. 80 degrees inside with it running full blast and that's considered "cooling as normal". Rather than fix it they did not let me renew my lease. New residents get treated much better than long term ones, I have seen people move in and magically they have new systems the same week. And the appliances are ancient unless you want an "upgraded" unit, which is just polish on a t**d.Was a good place to live but recently has become barely tolerable.

the lady in the office was dismissive from the start. she didn’t show any enthusiasm nor did she have a welcoming vibe. she acted as if she didn’t even want to answer my questions about the property stating that “everything is online” and they didn’t have any units to show. waste of payroll if you ask me. since everything is online.

I wasn't able to see my apartment before I moved in. It was excuse after excuse even on move in day. I had to come back a few hrs later to move in. I should of known something was wrong then. The apartments are old, raggedy, and out dated for the price. The kitchen and bathrooms are the worst. Maintenance doesn't come for weeks to fix problems, the amenities are not what they advertis at all, none of the bedrooms have light in them, and one bedroom doesn't even have a window!! The closet doors are rigged to be sliding doors that don't actually slide. You can hear everything outside so clear it sounds like there's no walls, when others go in their apartment it sound like they're coming in yours!! The only good thing is the area. I can't wait to get out of here and get back to the updated living that I'm use too! I see people coming and going all the time. No one wants to stay here for real!

Specifically for those who travel while working*** Contrary to what their website and the numerous listings that are online state.... there are no furnished units at this property. This oversight on their end kind of echoes the terrible reviews that can be found about this place online. Don't advertise what you don't have. Simple as that. I value my time, and don't want to waste it reaching out to places that don't offer what I need.
