Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority does not have "dictate Foxchase Apartments" The Housing Authority has the best public, tax credit, and Housing vouchers housing in the Washington DC Metro Area, some are rented are market value prices, Section 8 Voucher where tenants pay portion of it base on the income and section 8 pay the rest and public housing where tenants pay their portion and the HUD pay as grant. The procedure is to fill out the paperwork, provide the supporting documents required, and wait for the result depending on the availability of vacant apartments.
