Stayed here for two nights while in town for a concert. Location isn’t bad but the hotel itself is nasty. Our room was filthy. The bathroom was even worse. The room was very old and outdated. Carpet was nasty and dirty. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned or sanitized before our arrival. There were balled up pieces of trash stuffed in the corners of the bedroom and bathroom walls. For the price we paid we should’ve at least received a cleaned room. If your looking for a “cheap” hotel to stay at while in town, do yourself a favor and spend the money on a nicer hotel. This place made me feel so dirty. Never again.

If 0 or negative stars was an option I would choose that. My reservation was cancelled a day before my stay. This could've been easily handled and resolved with a quick phone call, but instead they chose to cancel my reservation and upon calling back within an hour of the cancellation, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Which resulted in me having to find a last minute and more expensive option to save my vacation. Would not recommend if you're looking for a place that cares about more than just your money. The lady on the phone was also careless and had no remorse about the situation other than tough luck. Was not even issued an apology.

This place is not worth the price. The smoke detector was missing, the mattress pad would slip off the bed, the bed had a huge stain, they are pet friendly but have no grass for pets (you have to trespass to a school across the street), they're next to a busy road where you can hear the traffic all night, and they're in a low income place that feels sketchy. The only compliments are the breakfast is good and the customer service is mostly okay. The place doesn't feel clean at all. Definitely not worth it. And there are no good food places around.

This experience was the worst hotel visit I have ever had. It was horrendous. When we first get there, I noticed the tiny parking lot and we looking for a spot but no kidding there was only like 20 parking spots. When we first walked into our hotel room, it STUNK. It smelt so musty like mildew. The first impression of the room made me cringe. Dust and stains everywhere. Very unsanitary as well, no plastic wrap around the plastic cups provided in the rooms. Our bathroom door was very old and we had to practically fight the door to open it because it wouldn’t open from the inside. We left our room and realized we forgot something so we tried to go back in with our key and it didn’t work!! So we went to the main desk to get 2 new ones. Then we left for a concert for a few hours and we came back around 12:30am and tried using our room keys to get into our room and they DIDNT WORK even though these were 2 brand new ones!!! So we go back down the stairs to the door that goes to the main desk and NOBODY WAS IN THERE AND IT WAS LOCKED. We were locked out of our room and the hotel and had to wait 30 minutes for them to come back and another room had the same issues we did. When we went to sleep the sheets were STUCK to the blankets and had to be peeled apart. Ew?? The two only positive things to say about this hotel was that at the end of the bed was a very soft blanket and the breakfast was actually edible. Do not stay at this hotel!!
