This hotel was really cool, had a hipster vibe to it, nice decor, and clean. The room was a good size, washroom was nice. The shower had a waterfall shower head which was enjoyable. The location was also great as it's close to a lot of cool restaurants and coffee shops that we had on our list. They also have bikes to borrow at no additional costs. It was also great that you can choose your own check in and check out time. We had a late night flight the next day so this was super helpful. I would say the hotel is pretty pricey for what it is. Also, don't opt for the little bag breakfast. It sounded like a cute idea. Even though it's only 4 dollars, it's so not worth it. The breakfast pod was cold oatmeal, which just tasted like bland cold mush. The orange juice is just a tropicana juice box. The front desk service was fine, but could definitely be a little friendlier. Overall, I would say we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fun and hip, with cool music and a large bar restaurant on the first floor, a small and quaint check-in process. Terrific location in the West Loop. Rooms were small and tidy. But the mattress was soft and mushy. The toilet continued to not work properly. And whether or not we were able to fetch television stations at any one time was dumb luck. And of course, very expensive. Ask for a room on the north side, away from the elevated subway.

My husband won a two night stay here through a raffle from work. Unfortunately the valet was not included, and goodness, it's way too pricey! We still had to pay for parking of course, welcome to Chicago. But at least it was less expensive. We had a nice time on the town Friday. But Saturday night we decided to stay in and yeah.. That's where things turn a turn for the worse. The room is small, and the train that passed by frequently is loud. There was no way to watch a movie and the cable was spotty. We were not happy, especially since we were charged an upcharge for the room we selected. Which we wouldn't have if they would have mentioned it was by the train track. Then Saturday overnight, it was like a sauna in our room. We had the air on and it was 74° when we woke up!!! We decided to check out early at this point. There's barely any ventilation or circulation in that room. The bathroom door stays closed which didn't help. We had to open the windows to get some fresh air while we were packing up. But of course this only worsened my allergies. Needless to say we were ready to leave! For an upscale hotel, priced as it is, they need to make some changes and be more informative. Our room at least could use some touching up as well. We made the best out of our weekend, but we definitely feel jipped and won't be back because of our overall experience.

In Chicago for a night for a concert. Check-in/out and valet very streamlined and simple. Didn't think the basic room was particularly small or the L was particularly loud as some reviews suggest. Didn't visit the restaurants or bars. They looked nice but more expensive than I'm willing to pay. However, the room with valet included was very reasonably priced!

It is open but with limited hours
There's valet but it's $45. There's a public parking lot on Lake and Halsted (about a block or two east). I believe 24 hour parking is like $20, after 2pm it's $8, mornings are I believe $17. it's either card payment or exact cash, no attendant on site and after you pay, the ticket goes on your dashboard.
No. It is just for guests
Our pool is heated, but we won't be opening til end of April/ early May. Cheers
