A little dated and when we checked in our room wasn't ready yet at 5pm. The towels could have been a better quality and the shampoo didn't lather at all. We went down to try to get the buffet that is extra but it was so busy we ended up at the market instead. I expected more for what we paid but overall it was nice. We will find somewhere else next time.

Great hotel! The staff was super nice, and we were able to use our hotel keycard for parking which was super convenient! The rooms were clean and tidy and the noise level which I usually find high at most hotels was very low! Would definitely stay here again. :))

My experience was great. They took care of me during a conference we attended. Easy to get around with bus, taxi and walking. This was the happening spot. We are from BROOKLYN and guess who stayed at the hotel with us, NY Liberty π½ π. Prices in the hotel for drinks were super high but in the area they were more reasonable

You can't get any closer to McCormick Place if you're here for a convention or conference and a 2 or 3 minute walk to the Wintrust Arena. Having stayed 9 nights, there is shortage of breakfast dining in the walkable area. (I recommend Chicago Waffles or Spoke and Bird. They're several blocks but on a nice May morning the walk was a good way to start the day. The staff were very friendly and my room was what you'd expect. It was just a standard king bed room with a comfortable bed and amenities. Enough sink space for me but if my wife had come with me it would have been crowded. One weird choice: despite there being a lot of space in the room, they put a cabinet with the safe and coffee maker in the closet(??) It cuts the closet space in half. I was here 10 days by myself and I could hang up my suits, but everything else was in the 3 drawers or left in the suitcase. For a short stay I probably wouldn't have cared. I'm weird about my shower water pressure and most hotels disappoint, but I had no complaints about theirs. Plenty of pressure for a good wake-up shower.

My friend and I another female had no problems we were out even as late as 11 p.m. at night
Sorry Not sure. I only used the restaurant.
It is attached to McCormick Place
Refrigerator small. There is a microwave in the community laundry room! On the fourth floor.
No, but airport shuttle service will pick you up and drop you off there.
Call the actual hotel they will take care of it .. but sir its November...
No, we didn't have one and no it isn't free. The metro is close by though and convenient.
Wifi is a bit slow for gaming
Walking would be hard due to the wide street you'd need to cross, but a lot of things are close within 5 min drive
Correct
Too long of walk take taxi or Uber
Too far to walk comfortably. A better option is the Metra electric line. That's only a teo block walk to the hotel.
No. And no room service either but two restaurants on the first floor.
10pm for the restaurants. Bar closes at midnight, but sometomes ealier. Market is to go prepackaged stuff 24/7.
Your luggage will be safe there.
You should call them directly for something thay specific
10 min straight west to Cermak-McCormick Place green line to southern city centre below Chicago river 13 min straight west (cross green line station) to Cermak-Chinatown red line to northern city centre above Chicago river
Yes. Self park and valet. We paid $28 per night with self park after checking in. They bill it to your room. You have 24 hour in/out privileges.
I don't know ππ
Third star
Sorry, smoking is only allowed outside
Standard rooms have tubs. Not sure about corner rooms
Best case would be to call the hotel, wont get the discount but you should be able to get a room at least. I highly recommend the Hyatt an amazing place to stay for the conventions.
Not 100% sure as I didnt purchase a package but I did eat at the restaurant 2 mornings and both mornings before they brought my check they asked if I had a package so I would assume any breakfast entree is included. The French toast was excellent@
I would assume official service dog yes. As stated above, emotional support animal no. This Hyatt was a great place to stay tho
I used spot hero, parked a 20min walk down under the el but by a post office for added self assurance of security. $36 for 4 nights
Taxi
Its in a garage, 20 or 25 a night if I remenber correctly.
You have to get the king lake view!. I was in 3604 last week and the view was amazing, L shaped pullout couch. not found in double queen room (my friends complained of its size) Everything was there but the full length mirror.
The one from the airport is not free, it was $38 per person if in remember right.
Between $399-$599 a night. Unless you have Hyatt rewards points. Call the hotel and confirm price.
I was just there on Saturday. There is no hit tube but there is a sauna room.
