From the moment we gave our car keys to the valet I was totally comfortable. Our bags were taken care of and we were escorted to the lobby. This is no ordinary hotel. If you want boring or modern don’t come here. This place oozes personality. This place looks and feels like the place your super rich grandparents used to take you to when you were a kid! Loving it! Our room was clean and comfortable with all of the requirements we needed. King bed is super comfortable and so quiet here at night. This place is a must for anyone who wants to experience Chicago!

No there's no pool.
The game room has its own bar, however, it is separate from the restaurant which also has its own bar.
Self park half the week, valet on weekends. You have to use dirty the lot underneath Michigan Ave, about 40$ day, walk back to the hotel, after dropping off your bags. The will not under any circumstances comp your parking….
3 pm check in.. check out 12 noon.. extended late check out at 1pm.
How did you find out how to ask a question about a place and not how to navigate from one place to another?
I saw a dog in the elevator so i assume there are some pet friendly rooms, but i agree that the rooftop bar might not be the best spot
