Great location. Design is a little outdated but I actually took a star off because the lobby has an incredibly strong cologne smell. Can be overwhelming if you’re getting out of a cab and feeling a little car-sick. Their room service is open pretty late and the Wi-Fi was solid.

Sofitel is on the magnificent Mile. Softel is close to everything! Sofitel is close to the Willis tower, a lot of fantastic restaurants all of the Chicago landmarks are close and within walking distance and only a few minutes from a Bear's, Bulls or Blackhawks game. We walked to the world famous Giordano's Pizza and many other Chicago attractions. It's about a five-minute drive to Navy Pier if there's no traffic and is also bilingual where they speak French as well as English! Sofitel has a great restaurant and a really fun bar. The room service is impeccable! Management has really done a fantastic job at making sure this is a top-notch destination hotel.

70 dollars a night. From the hotel. Right across the streets we found parking for 69 dollars for 3 nights so there are better options you just need to look around.
Yikes!I I used spothero as well. I parked in a ramp around the corner and down one block for $30ish for 24 hours with no in/out.
I was there in January & the cab cost me $50. From the airport
No they do not.... If you want to be in that area and have a kitchen you should check out the Residence Inn or DeWitt Place
