How can you not love the Four Seasons.... My mom treated me & my 3kids to a staycation here while she was visiting. It was also part of my daughter's birthday present. First off it seemed as if everyone knew it was my daughter's birthday and wished her a happy birthday even in passing. Surprisingly they have a bunch of stuff to keep kids entertained. The pool is gorgeous, upon checking, they get to pick a toy from the toy chest, they pitched a tent in our suite with a feather bed to match, the room service ice cream cart is a must - but you need to make a reservation for it, they also sent up cookies & milk before bed, the kids had an overnight sneaker cleaning, plush bathrobes (in various kid sizes no less), kids t-shirts were given & there was even a kids room that had a range of kids items for little to big kids, it was disappointing though since their video gaming system wasn't there & couldn't be located. We also dined at Allum, the meals were very good & the service was fantastic. The kids were so curious to see the kitchen that they gave us a tour and my kids were able to meet and thank the chefs who prepared our food. Needless to say, my kids want to go back!

This venue was over the top!! They had violinists playing on the stair landing as ur walking up the stairs, over in another corner by bar area was a keyboardist along with a saxophonist playing. Hourderves & cocktail hr was amazing, all hands on deck coming at you with either drinks or appetizers left & right. This place is the creme de la creme in Chitown to be, it was a beautiful venue for the wedding event that we attended...
