My experience was excellent! I have been looking for sunglasses for some time now, never finding the Company that carried enough of the right selection that I wanted nor a salesperson that could really help me. I learned about sunglass hut & salesperson Jaron in Fort Collins met me with a smile, asked me what I was looking for, listened to what I needed and showed me all the different pairs that I was able to choose from. I have been a recruiter for almost 30 years & this is the kind of person that you want representing your company! Personable, knowledgeable, charismatic and friendly. He was not pushy (which I love) and he helped me understand the different Ray-Ban lines, (I was there for Ray-Bans) & I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Chromance with the warranty that are absolutely perfect for me! Thank you to Jaron for his work ethic & sunglass hut for a great hire! I'll be back & I will tell everyone about my experience!

the attitude from the employee here tonight (a lady) was so bitter. walked into the store just to look with my boyfriend, didn’t realize our masks were a little below our nose because they’re a little big. she was probably 20ft away btw and NO ONE ELSE was in the store and she in a rude tone told us we’re gonna have to pull our masks up when ppl are walking around the mall no masks might i add. completely ruined my night. if we had any intention of buying we wouldn’t of done so. miserable people love company but really it was more than obvious her intentions had nothing to do with public safety more of a militant tone and probably her own agenda was behind it because we were harming no body

Heard my friend's experience and had to come here to leave a review! The sales person here is extremely rude and will probably end up ruining your day! Based on other reviews, it seems pretty clear that this particular sales man seems to be yelling at the customers for no good reason. He called security on my friends who did nothing except for shopping. I strongly believe that this kind of behavior shouldn't be encouraged. It creates a very hostile environment. This is not just about customer experience anymore, it is about safety! Can you believe someone went to a Sunglass Hut store and felt threatened and offended?!!!
