This place is pretty bad. I almost got turned away because their office equipment was down. Had to wait a long time and they didn't have my test set up in the computer. On top of that it is impossible to talk to a human on the phone. Use a competitor if you can.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The day of my scheduled exam no one from the PSI exam center showed up. Myself and 15 other test takers were left waiting without any notification that the test date was cancelled or what the status of our next test date was. That was two days ago and after calling the number listed and waiting on hold, 6 separate occasions 15 minutes a piece, I have been unable to contact anyone but a voicemail. The voicemail states that they will get back to you within 24 hours of your message. Obviously that is not the case as I have not been contacted by anyone. Thus I will have to pay for another test and schedule it for as soon as possible all the while knowing I will have to fight tooth and nail to get a refund back on the test I was never allowed to take. The lack of professionalism and courtesy to the customers who are preparing to take a test that often impacts their financial futures, take time off work, drive to the center, and pay a generous fee just to take the test is baffling. If you have the option, I would highly recommend utilizing the Denver PSI center despite it adding an hour drive. At least you will know that someone will be at the testing center the day of your exam. To this point the Fort Collins PSI testing center has done nothing for what I have paid them to do, but have also negatively impacted my attempts at taking a licensing test.
