Did you know that when you get your screen replaced they will no longer guarantee the water resistance of your device? I didn't but they did they had nothing in the repair agreement about it not one tech told me before or after my phone was repaired then I got it wet now 3 days later my phone is broken again I want to say they were very nice but this ended up ruining my phone it would have been a problem if they had just simply told me I would have gotten a different case everything would have been fine but no nothing not a word then the phone operator from there company told me they would fix it got to the store that said they couldn't do anything this was just pathetic I'm so disappointed and I will actively advise people to stay away from here

Biggest bunch of liars in business! I scheduled an appointment listing what was needed. Show up and there are no parts. They say they will order them and should get a call within 48 hours that the parts are in. No call comes. I call 4 days after initial appointment and get some story about ordering parts and they should be here in a day or 2. Now we are at the 10 day mark and im told they will be ordering Monday or Wednesday with their new store policies. Complete runaround and waist of breath if you try and talk to these millenials they employ.

The staff at this location were absolutely outstanding. I was traveling through the area on vacation, dropped my Pixel 6 Pro and severely cracked the screen to the point it was not usable. I had extremely limited options since I was traveling all week and stopped by this UbreakIFix right when they opened. The associate that greeted me was able to fit me into the schedule last minute and the repair was completed within 2 hours. The phone is now like new and I'm back to enjoying my vacation after this small hiccup.

This is the first bad review I have ever written in my life, but I am extremely upset about how my experience was at this location. For as much money as I paid, you'd think I could at least get some decent customer service. Yes I had a shattered screen but my phone functioned perfectly. After a week and a half of trying to get my phone “fixed”, I finally got the appointment. All it took was some lack of communication, disorganization, and unclear prices! They lost my payment, information, and forgot to order my screen. Yesterday I went to pick it up and shortly after, my phone kept restarting, the screen went completely blank, and it was unresponsive to touch. They told me they have a 90 day warranty that would cover any malfunctions of the phone. Within hours of picking up my phone, I noticed the screen had a slight scratch on it. When I went in 20 hours later to tell them how my phone was malfunctioning, the male who assisted me was very rude and unwilling to help me figure out what is wrong with my phone. He immediately blamed the scratch for why my phone was acting up, claiming I must have dropped it. Had that been true, I would not have bothered to go in AGAIN to try to get my phone fixed. He told me he was going to have to order a new screen, proceeded to take it to the back of the store, and returned with the news that my warranty is useless due to this barely visible scratch. Ultimately, I am left with a malfunctioning phone and $300 less in my bank account. Take your business elsewhere and hopefully you are taken care of as a customer should be. Below is an image of the scratch that invalidated my 90 day warranty and my brand new $300 phone screen!
