Checked on time 8:am Spent 9 hours to get unloaded I was hauling Hands cleaning Foam soap coming from Ecolab McDonough GA Waited my time and my day. I will never do this load again

The check in will move fast if everyone has their carrier information ready. You will have to fill out form at guard shack. They start checking in at around 05:50. There will be a line so show up early. There were trucks parked on the street. I showed up at 05:45. Reached the gate at 06:35. Got a door immediately. Take paperwork to check in by door #2. Trailer started rocking 10 minutes later. 10 minute unload for 6 pallets. Capstone will send text for lumper payment. Will send text to pick up bills. 07:20 bills in hand. This one goes in the history books folks!!! Nice people from guard shack to the receiving lady to the capstone manager. Awesome experience all around.

Reading the reviews I was expecting the worst! Not so! I arrived the night before and parked outside on the side street, checked in at 0900 for a noon (12) appointment. The wait was long because I checked in early had I been at my appointment time it would have been not so long. I was able to get my hours back while waiting. My lumper fee wasn’t bad for a full truck load. I was in a door by 1400 and unloaded by 1530 so it wasn’t bad at all. This location isn’t for those that want to be in an out within two hours, not going to happen! But overall I would definitely return knowing not to book anything until I’m unloaded.

When's my 1st time at this location. Easy to find and there is parking on the street before the guard check. I gave them 3 stars because even though I had an appointment they said I was a Work in period and my company have confirmed my appointment. So I had to stay next to 3 hours Before I was unloaded. The unload was very quick and there's good space for backing in docks.
