Have called this place multiple times and each time the same person answers BRITTANY who acts as those she can't hear you then hangs up. If your headset is that raggedy and you can't hear you need to report that and get new ones. Just trying to get a simple request filled which was changing the address and each time I call this same person answers and hangs up. Trifling that you don't really want to do your job and sit there acting like you want to help so bad, but really don't.

When I tried to walk in early April 2022, they said you need an appt. The line is busy most of the time, but just to keep trying. A little frustrating, but understandable.

I called and immediately got someone on the phone, Steve, that completely and professionally answered all my questions. This was the best experience I have ever had with a government agency! Kudos to the management and the employees for a job done with excellence! I recommend that they teach other companies how to give such excellence!! Thank you!!

I just had the absolute WORST experience with a representative from this office. I waited on hold for TWO HOURS to get absolutely NO Help! I understand that we all are facing difficulties through these times, but Brenda or whatever her name was was the absolute LEAST bit helpful. I’ll never get those two hours of my life back. Please, DONT waste your time calling. She even rudely hung up on me.
