The bridge is pretty sketchy go slow. Find somewhere to park out of the way. Shipping and receiving door is by dock 19. Was worried when I read the reviews about this place. Showed up at 4:20 PM was put in a dock at 5pm. Was unloaded by 520pm. My appointment wasn’t until 10am o’clock the next morning. This place has some bad reviews because they were extremely short staffed for quite a while. They are now under new management and seem to be doing quite well. Good job and thanks for the prompt unload.

Easy access for trucks in parking lot.

Easy going place nice staff. Once you enter parking on the right side and walk to the building at the left of the loading dock. Remember the building have a L shape design. Loading dock are running from #11 to 18. Check door next to 18. Just be sure to follow a truck navigation system a lot of under bridges and low clearance plus narrow streets. Guys This is Chicago City!!!!!

Not sure about truck stop. This facility is deep in the city. They do have overnight parking.
