I've had my whole home water filtration system over a year now. Everything is working smoothly, and the system light just alerted me that it's time to replace my filters. I opted for both the UV and lead filters which need periodic replacement, as well as 1x annually for the sediment filter. It gives me piece of mind that I have all bases covered, for optimum purification, and it's well worth the price! My system specialist is Patrick Hollingsworth, who is knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the details of the system, as well as easy to reach. It's comforting to know I can speak with him regarding any concerns or reordering of parts. I highly recommend this company!!

We built a house with a tankless water heater and knew we needed a water filtration system. Our prior house had a salt based system that worked great to soften the water but required regular maintenance and repairs. Because of this, we decided to try the SpringWell salt-free water softener system and are very pleased with it. The system's design is simple and requires minimal maintenance. There was no reduction in water pressure. The packaging was excellent and no parts were missing. The step by step installation instructions made installation very easy. With this salt-free system, one won't feel that slippery feeling like a salt filtering system (available with Springwell if wanted), the water is crystal clear and softer than before. The main benefit for our application (besides good tasting water) is knowing our plumbing will be free of hard minerals and the tankless heater will last much longer. In the future, we may replace the supply lines with PVC plumbing to reduce the system's footprint.

You'll need to replace the filter media after 1,000,000 gallons or 10 years. The average household uses anywhere form 80,000 to 100,000 gallons per year so technically you wouldn't need to replace it for 10+ years. The media costs $334 on our website and is very easy to replace.
24" width about 6" from the wall heights depend on the size of the system
