Look Fat Here's The Deal
This place is excellent. Good deals on the vast majority of items. Some “boutique-tier” items are priced high, objectively speaking, but said price is still very fair when compared to other places that sell the same thing. A lot of people will complain about that and then proceed to reference eBay as their comparison point 😂 This is a real store, not an auction where anyone can set any price they want. LEDs are very cheap here and brand new, they have a lot of very nice, high-quality rugs, huge selection of sofas, dressers, side tables, and basically anything you need to furnish a home.

This place has lots of nice furniture at a very good price, I wish I would of known of this place before. I came here last week Sunday, my daughter found what she was looking for and it was loaded by the employees. Very nice assistance. What I am super mad about is that I asked about a bench and the cashier said, if it doesn't have a price tag is not being sold yet. We might have it ready for Wednesday, we'll here I am Wednesday and my son gets about 11. 30 and is gone? He was told it was sold last week. How is that since it didn't have a tag? Damn those employees who are no help.

Lots of variety with friendly staff and all for a good cause.

Great furniture and home improvement finds at great prices. Nice to keep quality, usable materials out of the waste stream, too.

We rely on donations for our inventory. As such we do not buy used furniture.
I have sofa to donate. It has two reclining seats with a drop down snack table in the middle. Will you pick it up in Glenview?
If they're new, the ReStore will take them
Measurements and pictures?
Teresa, Thanks for asking we can accept water heaters that are three years old or newer. Please call us at 312-563-0296 x203 with any further questions about donating.

Sometimes, it all depends on what they have that day since they relie on donations.
Some times they do
Hi, Drew. I'm one of the assistant managers at the ReStore. We should accept most of that kind of electrical equipment. Electrical hardware that we do not accept includes track lighting, ceiling fans, and dome lights. Hopefully that answers your question!
Yes. Absolutely
You can pick up bought items through the back of the store. The guys will even help you load it up for you
Sure
Masks required. Plexiglass dividers at checkout.
Hello Julianne, I do not work for habitat for humanity. I would recommend that for dropping off certain types of materials. From what I've seen when I visited the place they accept the following types of items: appliances, building materials, rugs, furniture, and a whole variety of other things. Sometimes when you bring something they may not accept it. They do not want to ware house materials that aren't going to sell. I would give them a phone call and tell them about what you have. I'm sure they would be able to help you. Paul
Call the store, you are asking the community here.
I'm a shopper, but they do accept appliances. Basically, they accept most things inside and outside the home.
Yes
Hi Julie, We do not deliver. Most of our customers schedule deliveries with online delivery services such as Dolly. Thanks,
A new king size bed cover. It is two heavy for me, a senior, to use.
Hello Mary Beth. Thanks for asking. We cannot accept used blinds. We have found it too difficult to sell them.
We accept items that are in usable condition. Yes to the pallets and boxes. We define usable lumber to be longer than 4'. Thanks and I hope to see you soon.
Hi Mary! Thanks for asking. Because we have such a difficult time selling wall ovens, we cannot pick them up. If you were able to drop it off we will happily accept it.
Possibly. Trim and lumber need to be dropped off and must be longer than 4' in order to be accepted.
Pam, Thanks for asking. Habitat always needs volunteers. If you are in Chicago please visit our volunteer page to see where you might be able to join us. https://www.habitatchicago.org/get-involved/volunteer
At the premisesy
We would not be able to pick that up. It could be dropped off at the ReStore on Tuesdays thru Sundays from 10am to 5:30
I would call to be sure.
Yes, they carry a brand of "eco-paint" that you can get multiple gallons of. They also have gallons of mis-colored paint that i believe is donated from paint stores. If your project can be done with one gallon, and doesn't require an exact shade, you might find something that works for you.
We don't have any right now. But when we do have such sets they sell for $200 to $400.
Yes they do
Webster between Elston and Ashland. It's called Renew or Resore. They have mostly salvaged item's from buildings being torn down. Doors mouldings fireplace mantels Windows and the like
We have some very inexpensive furniture. However, if you are looking for furniture to be given for free, please call us during business hours and we will see if we can do more to help.

We cannot accept used bedding. Thank you.
No delivery service, they will hold for 3 days for you to make arrangements for pickup
Habitat for Humanity is the organization that helps people earn houses. The ReStores help recycle materials during the remodeling process to raise money for the organization. Go to the organization, not the ReStore.
