Horrible horrible horrible!!! Literally bought a brand new car first place I took it was to get it washed at hippo car wash left scratches all on the outside of my brand new car!! I was super nice to management they could care less. Now it’s costing me a couple hundred bucks to get the scratches all fixed!! IVery sad when a local business treats another local business so badly.

Costing me hundreds from using hippo Car wash!! Horrible!! Please read the negative reviews before using this car wash. I Literally bought a new Car yesterday. I’m a local and took it thru the car wash and now it has little scratches everywhere! And I’m not one to get upset easily at all and leave a bad review, but my brand new car has scratches all over it!!! They didn’t care. And of course they tried to say they were not from their wash……so many have had this same experience here. Other horrible thing about it is my husband and I were super nice and courteous to management there and we just got it tossed in our face like we’re stupid! That was just the icing on the cake. Please don’t go here and cons yourself he made your headache Bill! Only left a five star so everyone could be warned and see this review at the top!

This place is amazing. Always consistent and the team is always friendly. I purchased the gold wash package, which pays for itself with just three washes. I wash my car two-three times a week. They have vacuums that are powerful and always working. I absolutely love this carwash - always consistent and my car shines like it did when I took delivery of it.

This was our first visit and I will say that I'm extremely displeased about the results. The service there was fine but the wash put a large amount of chips in the paint of both the front AND back of our vehicle we just purchased. It was definitely not chipped at the dealer or when we left the house before the wash. When we got out of the car to have lunch acrros the street afterwards, we noticed all of the new chips. This is a terrible car wash if you damage the paint that you say you want to protect with the cleaning. All of the white dots in these photos are chips from the wash. They're across the whole front of the bumper and they are the worst around the headlights.

They give you a damp rag and spray so you can clean interior yourself. Vacuums are also provided but they are self serve
I took my lifted Jeep there and had plenty of clearance. I've also taken my work Van that has a ladder rack on it and that's actually even taller than my Jeep. I like that they give you a damp rag to wipe down your interior, but my work truck has a monthly pass for metro and I have really become fond of that place.
Sorry you are dealing with this. I know this is a tough deal, but by going thru the carwash you release all liability to the company. Be careful of where you go, and read all the signs and documents before using a business service. Hope you find some answers.

No, However Sandpoint Has A Place Called JC auto detailing and they do a pretty good job.
