Highlight of our trip! Staff was amazing. We were upgraded to a junior suite and had an amazing stay with our one-year-old, whom the staff gave a stuffed bear animal he loved. Beautiful property, even better team members.

From the arrival to departure, everything was perfect and enjoyable. Staffs were helpful when I needed, everything met my expectations even though the building was under construction. The room was gorgeous and amenities from this hotel were fabulous to enjoy. Gym, pool and jacuzzi, steam room, sauna were not too crowded. Food in the restaurant was good also but the service from the waiter exceeded my expectation. Me and my mother-in-law loved this hotel. I highly recommend to anyone would like to have the best stay in Chicago. Will definitely take my mother-in-law again.

Same here I got an agreement contract also but I am still confused.
I am not sure. They have valet parking and I am sure they could tell you if you call.
There is an extra fee for dogs, but I was able to bring one
The hot tubs are at the spa
The building was completed in 2010 under a different hotel name. It was purchased by Hilton Hotels in late 2011 and opened in February 2012 as Waldorf Astoria.
