As usual, my standard poodles came out looking beautiful. I know these folks are so loving to my dogs when I bring them for grooming and my dogs always look beautiful. I drive from Tacoma to Olympia so that my dogs can see these groomers. They are loving caring people.

I was very pleased with our first appointment. I was able to get scheduled quickly, they were open right at 8 for drop off and my pup was ready to go at 12:30. Much faster than other groomers we've used. Her cut is adorable and she was treated well. Will be back!!

Nice staff, great place to do a self wash, cut baby chicks were there. Took off a star because I had trouble finding their new location. The windows are covered in brown paper and the doors are locked, I thought maybe the Google hours were wrong and they were closed. But apparently you need to make an appointment to even enter the building! It would be great if they'd at least put a sign on their door instructing you to call.

Extremely satisfied! Jacob and his team did an AMAZING job on my cat. Seriously, I was blown away by the grooming service my cat received. I took him in for a low short cut, I wanted all hair cut off, short of being able to see his skin. Jacob took creative liberty and cut my cat like a triceratops, yes… like a dinosaur! He looks so cute (Wish I could post a pic). More importantly, the precision and overall look is flawless, from the top of his head to the end of his tail and he smelled so fresh and clean. You can tell they care about doing the best grooming job possible and are highly skilled in their craft. Animology has gained a new customer and my cat a new stylist!
