Room was great, clean, comfortable. The view was decent, but the location is perfect, multilevel restaurants and bars. A few blocks from the river walk.

Hotel is easy to find. Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet. I was impressed. Parking is difficult to figure out and expensive. Best option is valet and there was no signage directing you where to go...it was an alley next to the entrance. Uber gets you at the front door which was really nice. Morning buffet is nice, but they shut it down promptly at 9...whsh it was open a touch longer. Check in staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Room was good, and the beds had a couple sizes and weights of pillows. If you stand against the sink counter, the mirror is more than an arm's length away, so if you like to lean into the mirror for contacts or makeup, you either need to stand/kneel on the toilet or squeeze between the toilet and the counter to lean in. I could see the fire station pretty much right outside my window from a few stories up, and definitely could hear it a few times too on both nights. I also heard people walking and talking pretty late at night in the hall outside my room (in the middle of the week, so this wasn't a Fri/Sat night where you'd expect people to be out late). Breakfast was OK. Plain scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, pre-made waffles, bagel/toast, yogurt, cereal. They need to offer some cheese or salsa or something to get some flavor on the eggs.
