Friendly staff and great view. My only complaint is the bathroom situation. As someone who has a mobility issue the shower was an absolute pain to get in and out of and the shower has black mold or mildew on it. Other than that I have zero complaints. Side note, Ron is awesome and made us feel so welcome.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The gentleman who checked us in didn't seem friendly. And he asked if we require the rooms to be cleaned every day. We told them just once on the second night which never happened. The carpet in the room was filthy. Seemed as if it wasn't vacuumed for ages. I realized when I got into the shower as my feet left black marks due to the dirt from the carpet. They have advertised a pool but it is closed on the weekends and they do not allow any kids under 18 to use the pool even with parental supervision. The breakfast was ok. The view of the lake was great from the room. I wouldn't recommend this place for families. And they surely need to pay more attention to cleaning and the hotel seems to need a facelift. It was a bit confusing to come to the hotel as you need to take 2 sets of elevators. The security in the building was extremely nice. Can't say the same about the hotel staff though. We were disappointed and will not stay here again.
