BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD!! I STAYED THERE FROM 10/5-10/8 2022 and was charged for multiple room services and other items I did not make. I tried calling to rectify only to be sent to accounting’s voice mail box.

Nice accommodations located along the river in downtown Chicago. Rooms are nice but could use some updating. Views along the river are very good. From the fitness room on floor 43, you can see 4 of Chicagos top 10 highest buildings. It has the Palm restaurant on 1st floor. Food is good, but not as good as the one at Caesars Palace in Vegas. Still, very good experience overall.

A great place to spend time on leisure or business trips. Just 3 minutes walking to Downtown and is perfectly located overlooking Lake Michigan. The ground floor restaurant and bar makes it ideal to dine wine in the house. The rooms are spacious and tastefully organised as per 4 star property. The banquets are good to manage business meetings and parties upto 300-500 guests over 2 floors. Business centre and other amenities like the gym, swimming pool and valet parking are available. Be aware of the Urban experience charge of $20 plus taxes per night here.

Swiss Pinacles has the better view
Not that I remember ever seeing. The lounge/bar area is right at the entrance.
8 am-10:30 am on weekdays. Till noon on weekends
Uber will be always a good choice, however I do understand people sometimes are looking for prices. In this case metro is a good choice, taking the train at O'Hare station until Washington stop will also allow you to enjoy the city while walking to the hotel. It would take only 6-10 min walking. Completely enjoyable.
$60.00 a night but if you download SPOT HERO app you can park on lower Wacker for $12.00 a night. They even have a elevator that will take you straight to swissotel. Follow me for more tips and answers! :)
Yes
The Palm was open last week
No, there is no official hotel shuttle transfer. There is a shuttle from the airport that goes to a number of hotels ...
I don't know. But I would also call the hotel. This will be probably handled by the business center
Yes. If not they should be able to bring one up if you call.
Bernard the concierge.
No. But they do have pullouts & u may can request a roll-out bed
Valet is about 70 but if you use parking garage on the side of Swiss hotel it will. Ost you 32 a night
You wont lose your reservation if you arrive in the evening or late night. The only thing that matters is if the hotel is booked full for that day in which you arrived late, there wont be much of a choice of preference in what type of room that is to your liking. Basically, its first come first serve when they give out rooms on the day of arrival. Some hotels have apps that allow you to check-in 24hrs ahead of time so that way you may get something to your liking and have more choices because you checked in very early despite not being physically in front of the reception desk of the hotel. Hope my explanation helps.
No charge last I check for extra few hours. If you plan on storage that's different
Agree with Dalton
Unaware of a shuttle but the train is easy and has a stop within a couple blocks. $35-40 for cab or uber
I used spot hero to park in the hotel garage for 25/night on the weekend. Paying the hotel cost over 50/night.
Yes. Buy your tickets through the concierge and you bypass the lines and walk right in to the exhibits.
