Is the game room part of the restaurant, bar, or separate?

The game room has its own bar, however, it is separate from the restaurant which also has its own bar.

The restaurant can bring you things from a food perspective from the other side. However each has its own menu and service. The restaurant is about their higher end couch style seating and mixology drink menu. The Game room has some bench seating and tabletop. The craft beer is good but a pitcher is expensive, in the 40's.
