That is not the practice of the shelters and groups that do spay and neuter the animals are left and they do those in the surgical Manor with several people being there and then they are taken into an area for recovery there's no possible way for someone to be with the animal and you should have them under anaesthetic so therefore there's no reason for someone to be with them

I'm not a professional, but you can always try pure pumpkin puree from the baking isle. A tsp from a can, that's only pumpkin in the ingredients list, no sugar etc... it usually helps with both diarrhea and constipation.

Not sure if they have special programs, however, they offer low-cost vaccinations and don't try to sell you anything your animal won't need, providing an estimate up front. Can't say enough about this organization, they are genuinely interested in helping the animal and not their bottom line.

If you take your cat for consultation to Animal Samaritans at Thousand Palms, they will just refer you to VCA Animal Hospital which is very expensive. It happened to me. They don't really take in sick cats there. They will refer you to VCA which is a rich white people pet hospital and the cost of treatment for your sick pet is very expensive. I was angry when the bill came out. Almost one thousand dollars. It is better to take your cat to Desert Hot Springs Animal Hospital. They have reasonable prices there.

There is someone in charge of feral cats. Community Cat Program Assistant. He or she keeps track of them. They spay and neuter feral cats. Microchip and release them to where the cats are from. Inquire at Animal Samaritans for more info.
