I don't know, but they have a second opinion program for vet services: if they can't save you 20 percent off your estimate from another vet, your second opinion visit is free. Also, the county animal shelter next door in Thousand Palms may be able to help you.
You'll need to call them directly. Is the dog vicious? What is the purpose in putting the chihuahua down?
