There is someone in charge of feral cats. Community Cat Program Assistant. He or she keeps track of them. They spay and neuter feral cats. Microchip and release them to where the cats are from. Inquire at Animal Samaritans for more info.
You can call the shelter, they will have you come in and fill out paperwork. They catch cats, spay or nueter them as well as clip ear to let people know they are already fixed. Then they return the animals to same area.
Hello I am new to the desert and I used to TNR, I live in DHS and have seen a feral that needs help, can I please have information for FREE TNR. I welcome the help as I am a senior on a fixed income.
