If you have a certificate from AKA then Animal Samaritans can Aid you in following out the requirements to certify your dog.
There is no such thing as "registering" your service animal. Also, federal law doesn't require you to have a ridiculous vest on. However, to fly with the service animal in the cabin, it must be small enough to fit in a soft crate under the seat in front of you. The only exclusion is the Seeing Eye Dogs. Lastly, the airlines will require a letter from a physician that merely states on his/her letterhead that you are under his/her care, and he/she "prescribes" a service animal. Pursuant to federal HIPPA laws, physicians should not write what you are being treated for. In our law practice prior to my retirement, we dealt with these exact issues.
There is no such place as to "Register" a Service Animal. What you must have is documentation from your Dr. and a trained animal
