Vet better. Minor skin you can use triple antibiotic sauve
Set up cool bath with a cup of ground dry oatmeal add it to the water let your dog sit in that water for at least 15 minutes tap her gently with a clean cotton towel then slather some virgin coconut oil on all the areas where you see the irritation. If you dont see improvement within a day or so take her to the vet... this is just what I do to my puppy shes a bull terrier and her skin tends to get irritated easily just my advice not a professional :)
