This clinic is to be avoided at all costs. They look down on clients and are completely dis functional. They refused to fax my transfer information for over a week until my new clinic finally escalated to the top level Manager who finally actually did his job and transferred the papers. Now 2 years later I’m transferred back from Phoenix and because I was delayed 45 min, they “can’t” transfer or dose me for at least 4 days. These people really don’t give a #%*+ about clients, are mean, condescending, petty, cruel, and incompetent. They should have their license yanked.

Fashion valley comprehensive treatment Center and all the comprehensive treatment centers in San Diego are so bad that I actually went cold turkey and kicked methadone on my own. Fashion valley comprehensive treatment Center in particular is a cruel unorthodox uncompassionate authoritarian un-American torture chamber and I highly recommend anyone suffering from opioid addiction stay far away from this place!

This is my first clinic experience, and it's Okay.... Clean facility, I have an amazing counselor (by luck, it seems like most of the counselors don't care much for their patients, however most patients don't care much about treatment to begin with as they are still using), but the service here is pretty terrible. It takes hours to see the doctor, and the staff turnaround is crazy. But all in all treatment has been great (but I've also never missed a single counseling session, and I keep my UA's clean for the most part). Can't say much for the staff, except that Alecia (a counselor) is amazing.

The absolute WORST clinic I have ever been to!!!! I've been to 6 other clinics all over the country and I have never been treated so poorly! I don't know where to begin listing the things that are wrong with this place. It is a bureaucratic nightmare where patients are seen as numbers, not human beings. Only the nurses seem to actually care about your wellbeing. Everyone else there, the front desk, the counselors, even the director, couldn't care less about you or your health. If you are wanting help, please find another clinic. There are other places that truly care for you and want to help.

To receive care at our Comprehensive Treatment Center, patients must be age 18 or older, have been dependent on opioids for at least one year, and have gone at least 20 hours since last using opioids or be in a current state of withdrawal. From there, prospective patients can schedule an intake appointment, which consists of participating in a full assessment, completing intake paperwork, and beginning medication.
Yes, we offer both individual and group counseling.
Our clinic typically accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial Insurance and Self-Pay. Please give us a call for further information.
Why are u an idiot?
Yip! And, I beleive the actual hours open are: 6AM to 3PM Monday thru Friday, 8-11AM Saturday & Sunday and then 9-11AM Holidays! Don't be late because, even if your only 1 second past the closing hour, they "WILL NOT" cut you any slack and you'll be sick until they do open again next day! 😳
8-10:30am
NoNever.if there is someone there it still will not open doors till 5:30am. State Law.
Also.try the grant program it's a little bit better but takes more of your own time to stay up to date.
ANY "Government" issued ID is acceptable! An outta state ID will work or even a passport! They just need USA identification verification or for medicare/cal billing if you dont have private healthcare insurance... 😵
