Told me, everything's by phone and only appointment. Buildings not even "open to the public" gave me a bunch of different numbers but none were accurate nor the necessary ones. Tried asking for a fax number and told me that I had to look for it on my own since they didn't know.

The letter is straight to the point. But when Covid had us locked down the address became confusing. Well... know it really was all the media. All the different stuff I heard had me confused. In a scary situation. I had been waiting 3 months already for my pay. So, sending off the appeals letter to the correct address was important to me.

This office is not EDD. They are run by a separate agency; just for appeal hearings. Office is located on the first floor (Suite 100, not 310) with parking in the visitor parking garage.

Hi, you can't talk to anybody, you need to wait for them to contact you or you can go online and see the answers to your questions, that's the only way. Hope this help you, I will try to get the phone numbers that I always call, maybe you have better luck than me and someone answer.
