I don’t write bad reviews often. I don’t exploit peoples bad days to critique their business. This is the exception. This entire experience was terrible. I was a client for 13 months, spending almost $3100 total on SEO, web design, and hosting. Long story short, the security certificate on my website expired for 90 days before it was addressed. I have 6 documented missed appointments, countless missed follow up calls, and numerous unfulfilled change requests for the website itself. The staff is, hands down, the most unhelpful, uneducated, unprofessional group of people I’ve ever interacted with. They “do not care about” any of us, as admitted by their accounting department on a recorded call. I spent 3 months trying to shut my account down and get a refund. They started with a credit of $500, then $1000, but in the end they refunded me every single penny I spent with them. You don’t deserve to be treated like I was treated. Avoid this company like the plague and don’t let the silver tongued sales team LIE to you about their actual capabilities. Looking forward to the day this organization and it’s leadership team are no longer in business. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I would leave this company 0 stars if I had the ability. After being promised a mind-blowing website and submitting payment, the company immediately stopped accepting phone calls. After months of waiting, they provided us with a lackluster website that did not resemble anything that we were promised. We immediately started the process of trying to get the changes completed, but the company gave us the run around for months. We finally were able to leave the company after they attempted to hold our Domain name hostage. $1700+ later, we have to spend more money to a better company to have our website completed and not look like my 4 year old children completed it as a class project. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
