It's been less than 1 year and I have no complaints....just observations. I rented sight unseen. The units are smaller than I expected but fairly well-appointed. No dishwasher but I rarely use one anyway....waste of water. Lovely landscaping; well-maintained and, with the exception of a problematic resident or two, relatively quiet. So to summarize; basic but adequate.

Hi. Sorry no. We are only 1 bed 1 bath units here. San Diego may not be the best choice to find a 2 bed for 1300. Min rate for just a 1 bed is around 1700 and up. 2 beds are over 2k. Good luck though.
