This place is run by very rude people the front room is so dark and depresing there is no heat or ac in the mail room the kitchen and ac in the sala are locked and there's no way to get into them and its so dark up there as well the chairs are not designed for older people to use they are very low it is very depressing knowing That these wonderful older men and women have to suffer an old folks home should not be dark it should be bright and full of life so all the residents want to be out of there rooms and socialize with their neighbors I really hope the office ladies get fired

30% to 35% of your income if you qualify-A fantastic place to live, super friendly staff there, very kinds and friendly neighbors, very clean, and they are on top of everything there, including repairs. However, the cockroaches are always being sprayed for, they are impossible to get rid of, a massive problem with cockroaches there. But.. that is kinda of to be expected ad most all occupants are elderly and unable to keep up with what it takes to avoid them. The place is NOT filthy or dirty, just big, with lots of occupants coming and going, individual residents might have trouble keeping their place clean, but the facility is Well cared for for sure. It's s blessing to be able to have a family member get in this facility.
