My dog had an issue with his eye and also some allergy issues and they got me in within a couple of days. All of the staff were super sweet and helpful and they weren't trying to up charge or over charge for anything. I was very pleased with their services. I will continue to use them for my pets needs in the future.

Apparently this practice has a policy whereby you are not permitted to ask any questions about their pricing, or how long the vet they book you with has been practicing. In other words, you shouldn't have choices and options! We would make the same inquiries if we were taking our human children to a doctor, so why should we be penalized for doing that when it comes to our pets? I asked the receptionist about the cost of a visit, and about the cost of bloodwork etc. Then when I asked her how long the vet she wanted to book me with had been in practice, she placed me on hold, then she came back and rushed me off the phone by telling me she supposedly had an emergency and had to finish making my appointment at another time, which in hindsight, was a total lie. She didn't have an emergency. She called the Office Manager because she didn't like the fact that I was asking questions! Basically the staff at this practice can refuse you any services if you make too many inquiries for their liking. The Office Manager, Christina, who was at an entirely different office location and did not even hear my conversation with the receptionist, called me and made the executive decision that SHE would make the executive decision to deny me the opportunity to make an appointment to see a veterinarian because of "how the call went" as she put it. Mind you, I was not at all rude, belligerent, nor did I use any profanity. Talk about power tripping! I can't believe the Head veterinarian and owner of this practice allows his staff to conduct business in this manner. This is DEFINITELY NOT a practice that I would want to take my animal to!

This was the first appointment for my dog. They were great with her and the pricing was good for her annual check up & vaccines. She was so excited I haven't seen her that excited about going to the vet! The vet even called the following day to see that she was okay.

It's very unfortunate that this clinic has changed for the worse due to the new office manager Christina. Customer service at it's worst!!! My husband and I have 3 dogs, one with a condition and they are in constant need of veterinary care. We have been going there for many years with only wonderful experiences. Everyone from the Doctors, techs and office staff has been great. Until the new manager lied to me about a charge on my account. Simple thing to solve, but she never got with me to clear it up as promised. She even refused to let me speak to Dr. Drake who has been treating my greyhound for many years. Its a pity, that after spending lots of money there over many years to be treated with such disrespect. Because of Christina we have decided to leave southpaw right away. Thankfully I got referred to another clinic that will be able to accommodate us even better.
