1 - I was called "little lady" by one of the men who worked there which was creepy and weird. 2 - Took my new used car in to get an interior detail. There was some exterior body work my husband did on the car to cure the rust and there was a sealant that was still curing. I never asked them to clean the outside but they did it anyways so now that has to be redone. 3 - With the interior I looked it over quick when I got my car back and thought it was fine, but after driving it home I saw everything else. They chipped my passenger side window trying to scrape something off and also took off the tint!! Carpets still dirty, and my dash and console look cloudy. Crumbly bits left on the seat and in the cup holders. I can scrape off some cloudy residue with my finger which is disgusting. I'm super unhappy with how my seats looked afterwards as well (dirtier and the material seeming more cracked and dry almost) my phone holder was broken by them too. Between the seats in the front looks like nothing was done. And the smell of the solution they used had a foul sour smell. They said they wouldn't clean the trunk either which is included basically at every other detail shop. Now I have to re-clean the car myself and have wasted money and time. Go anywhere else but here.

I use to love this place but now anything that isn't legal they won't warranty, which I understand but they won't even fix any bubbles that are caused from them putting it on. That Bull, if it is front them they should.
