Northbay animal hospital is amazing. Christina is a great vet tech who recommended me this place. My puppy is excited when we arrive to the vet! The team and doctors have done a great job keeping me up-to-date with vaccines and examinations. They have made being a new puppy owner a breeze with their petly delinquent plan.

Life is Beautiful

Well I wasn’t quite sure at first….we had Just moved and I need an appointment for my dog who was exhibiting signs of an illness. They were able to get me in on a Sunday. I was sure it was going to cost me more but they assured me they take appointments every day of the week and unless it was an emergency, the office visit would be the same. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by staff and my dog checked in. We were immediately taken to a room to wait for his appointment. There was a little bit of a delay, which I later came to find out was due to a holiday weekend and only one doctor in the office. The doctor was very thorough and took time to listen to my concerns and gather history on my dog. The vet suggested a course of action. I asked for additional items to be considered for lab work and the vet agreed. I felt like I was heard most importantly and I didn’t have to fight for tests that I wanted. As well as somethings I declined, The vet also graciously understood and agreed to my reasoning. . Our family travels quite a bit across the country and we normally have about three different vets that see our animals. North Bay animal hospital will become our primary vet. I was pleased to have the vet listen to my concerns and take the opportunity to establish a rapport with my dog. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area

This review is for Derriann and her physical therapy she performs. I swear this woman is a dog whisperer. My German shepherd is my entire world and he’s becoming an old man with arthritis and degenerative myelopathy. After having a scare of 3 days where he could not walk or go outside on his own, I immediately contacted Dr. Madill (best vet in the world!) and she recommended Derriann’s Physical Therapy. Not only have we not had a bad moment like that again, but his mood has been lifted and he enjoys his therapies. In addition to the benefit of his physical therapy, Derriann’s bedside energy eases my heart. She is beyond respectful to myself and my dog, but you can’t tell she gives all of herself to her patients. There no cutting corners with her! I am glad that I gave this physical therapy a shot and will continue to use the services.

So grateful for getting a same day urgent appointment for my new kitten Xena. Parker was very professional and courteous over the phone and in person. The office looked well maintained and clean(always a plus). All the staff were friendly. Veterinarian Caspary was great! very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She answered all my questions. Vet tech Alana was also great! Explained everything to me, answered any questions.. I love that they allow you and your pet to stay together the whole time. Pricing is reasonable. Hours are perfect for my busy schedule. I will definitely be returning with my new kitten and other pets 🐶🐶🐱🐱
