Update : I got to say they have been doing a great job since my last review (8 months ago) The new maintenance team is absolutely amazing! The only thing left would be parking.it’s hard to find parking at night, especially when some residents take up 2 parking spots, or motorcycles taking car spots Instead of their designated area. ****2nd update: it’s been about 2 weeks since they came and fixed my tub and have not have any problems with it! The guy who came in and fixed it for the second time super nice. ***First review:(1 star) So many things wrong with the new management! - They never answer the phone. They keep saying there phone is not working. Well I guess they can’t get that fixed in the last 2 months!! - cars keep getting broken into! They don’t do nothing about it! My neighbor had his work van broken into and thousands of dollars worth of equipment taken. Every day you see a broken window shattered! -There will be days that you wake up with no water! - bathroom tub not being able to close the water: full on water fall! 1 month not being able to use that shower! I could keep going! Avoid this place ( new management raised prices and definitely not worth it) Hope this helps

I submitted an electrical request and Oscar was at my door the next day. Oscar I appreciate the time you spent fixing the concern. You are respectful, polite and a professional! Oscar took time to share his knowledge and I was amazed on how detailed and organized he is with his work. Thank you Oscar for your help and time! I don't normally post online reviews, but I think my experience is worth sharing. After a fair bit of apartment shopping, I settled on the Griffis for several reasons, not the least important of which was my judgment about the quality of the management team. I was impressed from the very first day, and my opinion has only improved since then. Two staff members in particular, Eric and Jen, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me and to resolve the minor set of issues I faced moving in. Their friendliness, charm and professionalism enhances the spirit of the community and makes the experience of living at the Griffis comfortable and relaxing. One typically does not find professionals of their caliber working at properties in this price range. I hope they are compensated well enough to continue working here for the length of my residency.

Oscar and Patrick are amazing!! They came to replace my water heater after I noticed a leak and they were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did the water heater get replaced but I mentioned that I was putting off a couple of other repairs during the pandemic including dead light bulbs, some broken blinds, and a slow draining sink. I asked if I would have to submit separate service requests for all of them but they stuck around and fixed everything that day! My apartment is now better than it was when I moved in thanks to them :). Thanks Oscar and Patrick!
